After working as a Senior Consultant for the George Group, and later Accenture, Nathan founded Circle 6 Consulting – a Management Consulting firm focused on delivering exceptional value through Business Transformations, Growth Strategy, Operating Model Redesign, Culture Measurement and Change, Portfolio Optimization, and Operational Excellence offerings.  He has led Lean Six Sigma deployments and operations transformations for Fortune 500 companies and Private Equity firms in the manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, automotive, banking, food and beverage, packaging and healthcare verticals. He has been instrumental in deploying continuous improvement programs in the public sector, including large-scale engagements with the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He also has deep experience leading Supply Chain strategy, integration and optimization projects and turnarounds in a variety of domestic and global organizations, including Heinz, AMTRAK, Dow-Dupont, the U.S. Army Organic Industrial Base, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and a variety of medical device and private healthcare practices.
