As a trusted advisor for the Board of Directors Western States Network Consortium and Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, his extensive experience as a senior advisor and administrator provided him with the practical experience needed to assist any type of organization.
As a U.S. Army Infantry Sergeant turned executive change agent, Daren blends military discipline with a passion for continuous improvement and strategic planning. He has trained and certified thousands of Lean Six Sigma practitioners—from frontline staff to senior executives—resulting in over $100 million in documented savings and operational enhancements. His expertise spans over multiple fields of business such as strategic planning, performance improvement, project and change management and high-reliability organizational development, making him a truly trusted advisor with proven results.
Daren is the founder and principal consultant of Quality Solutions and Innovations, a disabled veteran-owned consulting firm dedicated to empowering organizations and veteran-owned businesses through process excellence and strategic planning. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from Circle 6, a B.B.A. in Management Leadership from UTSA, Project Management certificate from George Washington University and is currently pursuing dual graduate degrees in Business Administration to further amplify his impact.
